When it comes to New York Vehicle and Traffic Law §511 – operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, there are multiple levels to this offense that carry various fines and penalties. There are many ways in which people get their license suspended or revoked such as:
- Conviction of charges involving driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
