About Anika C. Mohammed, Esq.

As a life long resident of the Hudson Valley, I received my Juris Doctor degree from Pace University, School of Law located in White Plains, New York and a Bachelors of Arts from Marist College, located in Poughkeepsie, New York.

As a former Assistant District Attorney in Orange County, New York I have years of experience handling felony and misdemeanor matters. Many of these cases have been DWI and drug related offenses; each one different and requiring its own specialized attention. In addition to DWI and drug related offenses, I have prosecuted many larceny, driving, violent, and traffic offenses. During my tenure as a prosecutor, I had the opportunity to conduct numerous suppression hearings and trials to verdict.
